Refund & Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Personalized or custom-made items (exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at marius.samoila18@grimmreaper24.com with photos of the issue. In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771/EU, customers have the right to claim for non-conforming goods within 2 years of delivery.
